There are actually no current laws in the UK to control who can perform a micro-needling treatment. Am sure you have all seen the micro-needling rollers that you can just buy on ebay and potentially just perform these treatments. But here at Couture Training Academy, we think it is so important to have the appropriate training.
Also to actually get insured you will find most insurance companies will tell you that you require at least a level 2 or in some cases level 3 beauty qualification or the equivalent.
On our micro-needling course, we teach you how to use the pen version as there is more control on the depth and treatment provided. Microneedles cause the skin to start the wound healing response, which therefore stimulates the production of collagen. As there are different depths to which you can perform this treatment the deeper you go the more the skin rejuvenation.
Micro-needling is definitely worth the training as it can improve the appearance of so many skin concerns, this is amazing to be able to offer to your customers but also great for your business. The added bonus of it being minimal downtime.
